CONTACT LENSES


Important Information

A 21 year old guy had worn a pair of contact lenses during a barbecue party.(An event or meal at which food is cooked outdoors over an open grill or fire)
While barbecuing he stared at the fire charcoals continuously for 2-3 minutes.
After a few minutes, he started to scream for help and moved rapidly, jumping up and down.
No one in the party knew why he was doing this?

Then he admitted into the Hospital, the doctor said he'll be blind permanently because of the contact lenses that he had worn.
Contact lenses are made by plastics, and the heat from the charcoal melted
his contact lenses.

DO NOT WEAR CONTACT LENSES WHERE OVERHEATING AND FLAMES ARE CONCERNED.... OR
WHILE COOKING...!

"THE FUTURE DOCTORS WILL PRESCRIBE NO MEDICINE TO THEIR PATIENT"

What Mr.Edison a famous scientist who invented hundred of thousands science invention and set a benchmark.From his mouth the above words came out..

He meant all about the medicine less medicine.The alternate therapy like Yoga,Acupressure/puncture,Arom​atherapy etc prescribe no medicine.But they heal the disease.

The word disease is coined from EASE.
If one is not eased he/she is 'DIS-EASED'.
if you remove dis from disease you are at ease.When one is not in ease that means he is attracting to some disease's.

So,How to be at ease?
To answer this question,we need to first understand what is health ?

Health is of five types:-
1.Physical
2.Mental
3.Social
4.Emotional
5.Spiritual .

The Hierarchy is like this: From Physical to Spiritual. when One is Efficient Enough to Balance all these Five Elements, than one can live a Healthy Life,and One is Centered and Whole.This is what Holistic Health is.

To explain each of these above five elements of health i need to elaborate each in detail latter on.here we see the simple facts ..in a brief format.

Physical-
The body fitness,the food intake and the excretion etc..to maintain it a regular fitness exercise

Mental-
Keep the mind fit from stress/tension and maintain an intellectual equinimus state.

Social-
Human beings are social animal.we live in group as a family / society.One need to maintain a healthy relationship/friendship with one another.we are interdependent.

Emotional-
Keep all your emotions like anger,love&compassion,sympathy​ ,empathy etc under your control.Even excitement also make you imbalance your emotional state.if you are balanced,your blood pressure/heart beat is under control.

Spiritual-
Being centered/live life with intuitive awareness and self realization etc.One need to master the art of being unto himself with more clarity and simply be calm no matter what the external environment are.

If one knew the art of managing all these five elements of health,that means one is health and live Life at EASE.

if one is capable of managing health. He/she doesn't require any external medicine,as the system heal itself. The doctors responsibility is to educate all their patient to keep healthy without the help of external medicine.

Will it happen??
it is better you take care of your health on your own and be a doctor undo yourself.

"oral Hygiene"- Change Tooth Brush often



Thoughts for today is "oral Hygiene"

I have been observing among family and friends, the usage of their tooth brush and how often they change it?

As per my observation the majority people i know are using one tooth brush about minimum 3 months to 6 months.That means yearly they buy 2/3 tooth brush's only.......


Why did i rise this issue here?
Among us, many are ignorant .
how often one need to change tooth brush?

we suppose to change a tooth brush 3 weeks once.The many educated people also not aware about this.Atleast you can change tooth-brush monthly once is better.Why means the microbes which is not visibile to our naked eyes, that start growing day by day in the brush...How much ever you may clean it, no use it is almost un-cleanable.it spread fast.So, better throw the old brush once you bought new one.


Dont accumulate old one and keep along with your new brush.Just throw all old ones.We are spending so much money for many thing but we calculate for buying a new tooth brush every month?strange.It is a must , all these days you may not aware.now after reading this change your habit.Manage/cut down your expenses some where else,not in your tooth brush.(you can cut 4 coffee's a month,that will do).


Oral health is most important.Brushing twice morning and night is also good.That prevent so many disease's.
